The H(r)EAR Program

What is the H(r)EAR Program?

The Harm (r)eduction Elicitation and Amplification Response program gives your organization, nonprofit, athletic program, or church an opportunity to explore their relationship with substances in a safe environment. 

We are your support and guide in lowering your organization’s risk from substance use. By choosing us, you will prevent substance misuse through education, triage for substance use disroders, and connect your people to vetted treatment options. The H(r)EAR program is an ethical, customized, and measurement-based harm reduction training that cultivates optimal, sustainable solutions.

Four Phases - Small steps to a culture of wellness

  • Educate your people about three substances of your choosing in a series of short, purposeful, and solution focused workshops that lowers their risk of substance misuse and substance use disorders.

  • Bring forth healthier means for meeting the good reasons one of your own might drink or use

  • Build descriptions of difference through the organization's preferred future without substance misuse

  • Connect, support, and empower your people who are suffering from substance use disroder by helping them seek counseling and treatment
